- Payment information (processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers)
2.2 Usage Data
When you use RAMFlowAI Cloud, the application sends anonymized process metadata to our AI service for memory optimization analysis. This includes:
- Process names and memory consumption metrics
- System memory statistics (total RAM, used RAM, free RAM)
- CPU activity indicators
We do not collect: file contents, personal documents, browsing history, keystrokes, screenshots, or any data unrelated to system memory management.
2.3 Self-Hosted Users
If you use RAMFlowAI in self-hosted mode with your own AI API key, no data is sent to RAMFlowAI servers. All processing occurs between your machine and your chosen AI provider.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process your subscription and manage your account
- Analyze system processes to deliver AI-powered memory optimization
- Improve and optimize our AI models and cached cleanup patterns
